"WITH YOU"-A common endearing term used in much rugby play to notify the person, currently running forward with the rugby ball-- that you are positioned (behind) and in support of them and available (should they get into danger/ready to be tackled/or worse) to receive a lateral pass behind them.  

A clear message:  I'm WITH YOU! hence WITH YOU Women was born.

This educational experience:  WITH YOU WOMEN, is organized to help any interested individual take in the real stories of women athletes, professional and collegiates.  Embracing their struggles and successes, while introducing a better understanding around how laws such as Title IX impacted their lives.
